Bonafried is a New Orleans mobile food truck specializing in fried chicken sandwiches served on potato buns with pickles, operating from a repurposed Hostess truck since 2014. The business has since opened a brick-and-mortar location in the Bayou St. John neighborhood. Their "Special" sandwich took home the 2022 National Fried Chicken Festival award for best use of chicken in a dish.
