Big Red Truck (BRT Destin), helmed by Chef Tommy Lemasters, is a gourmet food truck operating at Destin Harbor and available for catering throughout the Emerald Coast. The truck won top honors at the February 2026 Destin Shrimp & Grits Festival. Note: the Big Red Cafe (brick-and-mortar at 1083 Hwy 98 E) closed December 2025, the food truck itself remains active.
