Buonissimo Mobile Italian Kitchen

Buonissimo Mobile Italian Kitchen is run by the Salustri family, including Chef Simone, who learned to cook in Rome and brings 30 years of restaurant experience, whose Sarasota restaurant, Le Colonne on St. Armands Circle, was flooded during Hurricanes Helene and Milton in 2024. The family launched the mobile kitchen to keep cooking during rebuilding, serving pasta dishes, meatball hoagies, and fresh cannoli across the Sarasota-Bradenton area.
